2. MY TEACHING PHILOSOPHY

Assalamualaikum and i wish everyone in a good condition. My name is Nor amirah binti Norjaini. I believe everyone have their own goals and philosophy including me. I believe i can be a good teacher in the future. Since i was in the middle school, i have a friend that i can say she was a bit slow in catching our daily lessons. So from helping her study,  day by day i love to teach and share my knowledge. I am so grateful to have her to be my friend. From the day, my passion to share my knowledge become more and more. I was start to share knowledge and become a tutor to my friends at school. My teachers also always support me and encourage me to become a teacher too. From there i developed my passion and set my ambitions. i want to be a teacher. 

From my perspective, having a carrier as a teacher is a respectable and very noble. Its not easy to develop and giving value to a person. But teachers do. i want to be part of it.

I believe that everyone can be someone with their knowledge. They can use their knowledge to create their own world. Everyone have their own potential but they dont know. So as teachers, we should help our students to develop their self and realize their potential through modern learning which is 21st Century Learning and so on. To do that, i am as a teacher must prepare myself with a lot of knowledge and skills to handle that. This is important Because every person have different ability. As a teacher, i want students success in their life. 

Teachers actually do more than teaching, and their impact will be far beyond the classroom. As a teacher, i will become more than just an educator. Because i can be my students mentor or their role model , their confidant and their friend. I also look forward to become a teacher that can make a difference in the lives of as many students as i can.
In this challenging days, i believe ICT is more important in education. As a digital natives we a teaching digital natives who a more experts than us. i will teach my students using ICT and technology and make sure they know how to use them wisely. This teaching method also provides different opportunities to make learning more fun and enjoyable. This can make students focus and can attract their attention. In the same way this is also can encourage more active participation in the learning process. 

Thats all from me. This is will require a hard working. I realize that i need to prepare my self with a lot of knowledge specially in pedagogy and skills. And i will. I wish can be a good teacher in the future.
