Meera's Teaching Philosophy & Progress to Become a Teacher

Every teachers must have his or her own philosophy in the process of teaching and learning. This philosophy is to guide teachers in teaching process. I chose to be a teacher because this is my ambition since I was primary school and i love to teach my friends when have break time.

My teaching philosophy that i hold is that i must master the topic first. This is because mastery of a topic can make it easier for the teacher to present the content well. Teacher need to have more knowledge than students and when they asked the teacher can answer well.

My next teaching philosophy is that teachers need to be friends with students. this definition of friend means that teacher act as adviser when they have trouble in learning. At a growing age, students cannot be offended because they will rebellious. Therefore, the role of teachers should be the best listener and adviser to the students.

I hope this teaching philosophy can produce and form future generations of knowledge and good morals.
