My Teaching Philosophy

Be a teacher is not just a career, it's LOVE

Teacher is shape the future of our nation and teaching is athankless job. I choose to be a teacher because I believe that teacher can can change other people life and can shape the entire world.

My philosophy about teaching is I believe the classroom is a living community and that everyone, from the principal to the students to the parents, must contribute in order to maintain a positive atmosphere.

Furthermore, everyone in the classroom contributes as a student, teacher, and thinker. I learn from students as much as they learn from me. One way I emphasize this philosophy in my classes is to incorporate regular feedback from students. I have to be an informative person in order to make sure I can deliver knowledge well towards my student. To gain confident and attention from my student, I have to be well knowldege so that they can refer me if they got confused. I believe that an informative teacher can deliver knowledge without feel shaking and without fake facts.

The next philosophy that I beliefs is every student should have an equivalent attention from teacher. Although teaching is not an easy passion, but every student in a class should got an equivalent attention from teacher. Yes every student have a different cognitive. That why it's not fair to them if the teacher look at them as a same level. In a learning session, teacher have to try to find out more methods in order to make sure the high cognitive student do not feel bored while the low congnitive student can catch up the learning session. All students are individuals and everyone learns in their own unique way. I use multiple methods of teaching (linguistic, visual, auditory, kinesthetic) to reach students, so that no one is left behind. This is because I believes effective teaching brings everybody along together.
