Teaching Philosophy

My parents worked as a teacher,
this is a little bit why I have always dreamed of becoming a teacher. seeing my parents neatly dressed every morning made me want to give it a try too. For a very innnocent  child , we always have the desire to imitate the actions of older people. still fresh in my mind, when I see my parents marking their student examination papers with a red pen, make me  always imitate them by checking my own school books.

When I was a kid I was very naughty and lazy. so I have a grandfather who always complains because of my behaviours . however my grandfather does not scold me, he always gentle with me and he will give such words of encouragement,  to make me study hard so maybe i can be a teacher like my  mother and my  father.

when i get a call to be interview, i'm feeling so thankful because my dream since i was a little girl will be come true.  My journey to be a future Teacher in Usm really  opened my eyes about how import this oppurtunity to help students out there to make their dream coomes true and to help them to become a succecful person.

As a secondary education teacher, I strongly believe that fostering critical thinking skills is at the heart of what we do in education. I am committed to giving students the tools they need to see their own value, analyze information and situations, and effectively solve problems.

Using case studies, real-life examples, and thought-provoking questions, I encourage students to consider their role and how they fit in society. I believe in making social studies concepts real through field trips, hands-on activities, and other interactive learning tools. Although I am committed to teaching the core educational requirements for each age group and providing the feedback that comes with grading, I want to go beyond standardized assessments and create a sense of leadership and capability in my students as citizens of the community.

I see my role as not only providing answers but encouraging students to ask the important questions. I hope i can  prioritize my relationship with them and model the behaviors I want to see in students through good communication and a genuine interest in understanding other perspectives.
