Teaching Philosophy

My philosophy of education is that all students deserve the right to explore the knowledge. Every student is unique with their own potential to evolve. I believe that a good education and teaching should be interesting, flexible, and holistic.

I encourage students to actively participate in their learning, asking questions and share their knowledge and ideas. Through these, student capable to use their own curiosity and interest to drive them to improve themselves, not only their knowledge but also their confidence and social development.

I believe that lecturers who demonstrate curiosity and passion about a topic/subject area able to motivate students to learn more. I consider it my duty to encourage them to ask crucial questions as well as offering answers.  I do appreciate my relationship with them and I am committed to improve my performance from time to time.
