Satu aktiviti yang melibatkan penyelenggaraan Pusat Data USM akan dilakukan seperti ketetapan berikut

Tarikh dan masa : 28 November 2025 jam 11.00 malam hingga 29 November 2025 jam 4.00 pagi

Sepanjang tempoh berkenaan, akan berlaku gangguan terhadap perkhidmatan digital yang ditawarkan oleh USM

1. Kesemua perkhidmatan rangkaian (wired, wifi, akses ke Internet)
2. Kesemua portal web (Campus online, semua portal elearning, journal, pohon, e-publication, hcms, orspg, epayment, FIS)
3. Kesemua laman web USM
4. Akses kepada Microsoft 365 (one drive, emel, office365, sharepoint, copilot chat)
5. Penghantaran emel
6. Aplikasi client-based
7. Akses kepada API
8. Akses kepada data arkib.
9. Perkhidmatan komunikasi (telefon extension, webex)
10. Dan lain-lain perkhidmatan di atas talian yang dihoskan di USM.

Sebarang kesulitan amatlah dikesali.

Date & Time : From 11.00 p.m, 28th November 2025 until 4.00 a.m, 29th November 2025

During that period, services hosted by USM Data Center will be disrupted. The following digital services will be affected and be inaccessible:

1. All network services (wired, wifi, access to the Internet)
2. All web portals (Campusonline, all elearning portals, journal, pohon, e-publication, hcms, orspg, epayment, FIS)
3. All USM websites
4. Access to Microsoft 365 services for USM students and staff (one drive, email, office365, sharepoint, copilot chat)
5. Email delivery
6. Client-based applications
7. Access to APIs
8. Access to archive data
9. Telecommunication services (telephone extensions, webex)
10. Miscellaneous online services hosted by USM Data Centre
