Extension from the main page of IBK 104/3 Fundamentals of Bioprocess Technology. Welcome to my page...
The student will use this page to gather all the necessary information, notes, and complete the class activity during my session. I will enter your class on weeks 6, 7, 9, 10, and 11.
The student will be learning about, the basic engineering concepts including different types of reactors, catalysts, product recovery, and purification (weeks 6 and 7). Then stages in bioprocessing, you will learn about steps in bioprocessing stages from upstream to downstream (weeks 9,10,11).
2 main assessments will be covered, Presentation 2 (10%) and Test (CW) 10%. Other activities to enhance the understanding will be done during the class sessions.
