Kursus ini menyediakan pengetahuan dalam merancang dan menjalankan penyelidikan dalam topik yang berkaitan dengan teknologi bangunan dengan pengawasan daripada pensyarah. Kursus ini adalah untuk memberi pendedahan kepada pelajar dalam proses menjalankan penyelidikan dan memperoleh kemahiran penyelidikan yang diperlukan untuk menyumbang kepada bidang teknologi bangunan.
This course provides students with knowledge in planning and conducting research on topics related to building technology, with supervision from lecturers. The objective of this course is to provide exposure to students in the process of conducting research and acquire the necessary research skills to contribute to building technology fields.

Kursus ini mendedahkan pelajar kepada proses penyelidikan secara
keseluruhan iaitu cadangan kajian, kajian literatur, rangka kerja konsepsual
dan teori, kaedah kajian kuantitatif dan kualitatif serta teknik menganalisa
data. Pelajar dikehendaki bekerja secara individu untuk menghasilkan sebuah
disertasi yang akan diselia secara berterusan dan dinilai semasa viva.
This course exposes students to the entire research process
which include research proposal, literature review,
conceptual and theoretical framework, quantitative and
qualitative research methods as well as data analysis
techniques. Students are required to work individually to
produce a dissertation which will be evaluated through
continuous supervision and viva voce

Kursus ini membantu pelajar untuk memahami pelaksanaan teori / model dalam kerangka penyelidikan untuk mencapai objektif penyelidikan dan menjawab soalan penyelidikan.
This course is designed to provide students with necessary skills to conduct research in the tourism field, particularly, and in other fields, generally. This course helps students to understand the implementation of theories/models in a research framework in order to achieve research objectives and to answer research questions.
