On going and future research

I have joined USM since November 2017 as Sports and Exercise Science lecturer under the RLKA program. I am assigned under School of Health Sciences in Health Campus. My research interest involved sports nutrition and biochemistry of exercise, known as Sports Physiology. Furthermore, USM has granted me with a short term grant, Exercise Medicine Research Grant (External grant) and KPI incentive from school in order to assist in my current and future research.

My current research interest:
  • Effects of Circuit Training on Muscular Strength And Power, Jumping Height, Body Composition And Mind Concentration in Physically Active Intellectual Disability (ID) Individuals
