Kursus ini memperkenalkan kajian menyeluruh vektor dalam dua dan tiga dimensi, algebra vektor, kalkulus vektor, termasuk halaju dan pecutan, lengkung ruang, kecerunan, kecapahan, dan keikalan menggunakan operator del, kamiran garis, permukaan dan isipadu, medan abadi, teorem Green, teorem Gauss dan teorem Stokes. Aplikasi mudah dalam mekanik Newtonian, mekanik bendalir dan elektromagnetik juga akan dibincangkan.

The course presents a thorough study of vectors in two and three dimensions, vector algebra, vector calculus, including velocity and acceleration, space curves, gradient, divergence and curl using the del operator, line, surface and volume integrals, conservative fields, Green's theorem, the divergence theorem, and Stokes' theorem. Simple applications to Newtonian mechanics, fluid mechanics and electromagnetism will also be discussed.
