Kursus ini membincangkan persamaan pembezaan separa (PPS) peringkat pertama dan kedua, pengertiannya serta kaedah penyelesaiannya seperti kaedah-kaedah Pemisahan pembolehubah, Klasifikasi persamaan pembezaan separa (PPS) ke bentuk berkanun dan Jelmaan Laplace, serta aplikasi mudah untuk menyelesaikan masalah nilai awal-sempadan.
