This course aims to provide knowledge on biorefinery concepts and different types of biomass sources that can be used as raw materials for energy production, fuel and chemicals. Students are given a description of the principle of technology and separation used in biorefinery. Students will evaluate using research literature on reaction, synthesis and various technologies in biorefinery.
