Memahami persekitaran fizikal secara menyeluruh di antara isu-isu persekitaran dan keperluan rekabentuk berteraskan iklim atau ekologi khususnya untuk keadaan iklim tropika. Memahami kaedah penilaian mudah secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif keadaan keselesaan manusia di kawasan tropika. Memahami pelbagai aspek kawalan alam sekitar bangunan atau iklim dalaman bangunan secara semulajadi atau pasif
Understand the physical environment as a whole between environmental issues and design needs based on climate or ecology especially for tropical climate conditions. Understand simple quantitative and qualitative assessment methods of human comfort conditions in the tropics. Understand the various aspects of building environmental control or the internal climate of the building naturally or passively.
