Kursus ini memperkenalkan pengunaan taip, yang meliputi proses pencetakan dan memberi penekanan kepada reka bentuk taip dalam bentuk asal, termasuk mengenal muka taip melalui perspektif sejarah, komposisi, juga sintaksis dan sistematik yang digunakan untuk mempertingkatkan kualiti komunikasi dan maklumat. Pelajar juga diperkenalkan kepada prosedur asas studio.
This course introduces the use of type, which includes the printing process and focusses on typographic design in its original form, including familiarising type through historical perspective, composition, syntax, and systematics to make it a formidable communication and information tool. Students will also be introduced to the basic procedures of studio.
