Kursus ini merangkum fisiologi sistem pernafasan, renal dan darah, dan patofisiologi gangguan lazim berkait dengan kesemua sistem ini. Kursus ini juga membincangkan tentang spek farmakologi dan kimia drug yang digunakan dalam merawat gangguan ini, termasuk rasional penggunaan drug, mekanisme tindakan, hubungan struktur aktiviti, dan kesan advers.
This course covers the physiology of the respiratory, renal and blood systems, and pathophysiology of common related disorders to these systems. This course also discusses the pharmacological and chemical aspects of drug used in treating these disorders, including rationale of drug usage, mechanism of action, structure-activity relationships and adverse effects.
