Kursus ini menerangkan prinsip dan teknik analisis farmaseutikal, dengan penekanan kepada kaedah pemisahan dan analisis kuantitatif. Kursus ini merangkumi kaedah kromatografi (GC, GC-MS, HPLC, HPLC Chiral, LC-MS), penyediaan sampel, kromatografi cecair untuk analisis protein, kaedah bioanalitis (imunujasad, ujian enzim), dan kaedah spektroskopi (IR dan NMR) untuk analisis kuantitatif.
This course explains the principles and techniques of pharmaceutical analysis, emphasizing separation methods and quantitative analyses. This course covers chromatographic methods (GC, GC-MS, HPLC, Chiral HPLC, LC-MS), sample preparation, liquid chromatography for protein analysis, bioanalytical methods (immunoassays, enzymatic assays), and spectroscopic methods (IR and NMR) for quantitative analysis.
