Kursus ini menerangkan teori dan aplikasi pengetahuan perlakuan organisasi dalam masyarakat pelbagai etnik di Malaysia. Isu-isu perlakuan organisasi akan dianalisis dalam merancang strategi penambahbaikan profesionalisme dan tahap keberkesanan sesuatu organisasi. Kursus ini akan
diajar melalui kuliah, tutorial dan e-pembelajaran. Pelajar akan dinilai melalui esei, pembentangan, laporan dan peperiksaan berterusan.
This course explains theory and application of organisational behaviour knowledege in the multi-ethnic community in Malaysia. Organisational behaviour issues will be analysed in planning strategies for improving professionalism and levels of service effectiveness in an organisation. This course will be taught via lectures, tutorials and e-learning. Students will be assessed through essay, presentation, reports and continuous tests.
