๐Ÿ“– Sinopsis Kursus / Course Synopsis โ–ผ

Kursus ini memperkenalkan struktur semikonduktor dimensi rendah termasuk ciri-ciri, bahan, teknik fabrikasi dan aplikasi optoelektronik. Ia membincangkan kekisi sebenar dan resiprokal heterostruktur, jurang tenaga AlGaAs, pembentukan perigi dan sawar, paras tenaga terikat, pergerakan dua dimensi, penyerapan optik secara klasik dan kuantum menggunakan Peraturan Emas Fermi serta peralihan elektron antara jalur.

This course introduces low-dimensional semiconductor structures, covering characteristics, materials, fabrication techniques, and optoelectronic applications. It discusses reciprocal lattices of heterostructures, energy gaps at AlGaAs interfaces, and formation of wells and barriers. Bound states in quantum wells, two-dimensional energy, optical absorption via Fermiโ€™s Golden Rule, and interband electron transitions are examined.
