Kursus ini merupakan tahap lanjutan pembinaan dan komponen bangunan serta integrasi dengan sistem teknologi dan perkhidmnatan bangunan. Bermula dengan imbasan perkembangan dan evolusi teknologi, diikuti dengan integrasi optimum sistem struktur, pembinaan dan bahan dengan sistem perkhidmatan.
This course is an advanced level of construction and building components and their integration with technology systems and building services. It covers the development and evolution of technology, followed by optimum integration of structure, construction, and materials, with emphasis on high-rise, complex, sustainable, and green requirements.
