Kursus ini memberikan gambaran keseluruhan konsep asas dalam bioteknologi yang berkaitan dengan kejuruteraan dan teknologi. Topik-topik utama termasuk: Sel, laluan-laluan metabolik sel, kinetik-kinetik pertumbuhan mikrob dalam kedua-dua sistem kelompok dan berterusan, pensterilan dan kinetik enzim.
This course provides an overview of the fundamental concepts in biotechnology which are pertinent to engineering and technology. Primary topics include: Cell, cell metabolic pathways, microbial growth kinetics in both batch and continuous system, sterilization and enzyme kinetics.
