Kursus ini menyediakan pelajar dengan pemahaman yang betul dan standard dalam menghasilkan lakaran dan lukisan teknikal di atas kertas menggunakan alatan lukisan. Teknik ini melibatkan pembinaan geometri, lakaran bebas, unjuran ortografik, pandangan keratan, mesin dan lukisan kerja. Ia juga mengimplementasikan aplikasi rekabentuk bantu komputer (CAD) untuk menyediakan lukisan kejuruteraan terperinci pada pandangan tiga dimensi dan pemasangan
This course prepares the student with correct understanding, standard skill in producing technical sketching and drawing. The scope covers geometric construction, freehand sketching, orthographic projection, sectional views, machine and working drawings. It is also implements the computer aided design (CAD) applications to prepare engineering drawing from three dimensional parts and assemblies.
