Kursus ini memperkenalkan konsep dan kemahiran pengurusan operasi dan perkhidmatan pada peringkat strategi dan taktikal. Penekanan diberi kepada pembuatan keputusan kuantitatif dan kualitatif bagi meningkatkan daya saing dari segi kos, kualiti, masa dan fleksibiliti. Topik merangkumi strategi operasi, kualiti, ramalan, kapasiti, susun atur, rantaian bekalan, perancangan dan penjadualan.
This course introduces concepts and skills in operations and service management at strategic and tactical levels. Emphasis is placed on quantitative and qualitative decision-making to enhance competitiveness in cost, quality, time, and flexibility. Topics include operations strategy, quality management, forecasting, capacity, layout, supply chain, production planning, and scheduling.
