Kursus ini mendedahkan pelajar kepada proses-proses penyediaan sebuah lukisan terukur, berserta sebuah laporan bertulis berkenaan latarbelakang sejarah, pemilikan, serta aspek-aspek rekabentuk bangunan diukur. Lukisan-lukisan disediakan dalam format 2-dimensi dan 3-dimensi bertujuan menunjukkan perincian istimewa bangunan tersebut seperti teknik-teknik pembinaan. Kerja pengukuran menggunakan teknik asas teodolit, tali ukur, fotografi, dan lakaran.
This course introduces students to processes of preparing a measured drawing, and written report, inclusive of historical background, ownership, and design aspects of the building measured. The drawings are prepared in 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional formats to show special details of the building, such as construction techniques. The measurement work uses basic techniques of theodolite, measuring tape, photography, and sketching.
