Kursus ini menerangkan implikasi skop pengurusan untuk profesional kesihatan dan organisasi kesihatan. Pelajar akan belajar menganalisis interaksi profesional kesihatan dan menilai pengaruh pengurusan terhadap staf, organisasi dan keusahawanan jagaan kesihatan. Pengajaran dan pembelajaran akan merangkumi kuliah, tutorial dan e-pembelajaran. Penilaian akan merangkumi 100% kerja kursus (esei, persembahan, pembentangan dan laporan).
This course exposes students to the scope of management implications for health professionals and healthcare organisations. Students will learn to analyse the interactions of health professionals and examine the influence of management on healthcare staff, organisations and entrepreneurship. Teaching and learning will consist of lectures, tutorials and e-learning. Assessment will consist of 100% coursework (essay, performance, presentation and report).
