Kursus ini mengutamakan kepelbagaian biologi sel dan teknik asas dalam biologi sel. Komponen amali merangkumi pelbagai teknik asas seperti mikroskopi, medium pertumbuhan mikrobial, pengkulturan sel, pewarnaan dan pembezaan sel, aktiviti antimikrobial dan pengekstrakan DNA sel.
This course emphasizes on the various biological cells and fundamental techniques in cell biology. Practicals components include various fundamental techniques such as microscopy, microbial growth medium, culturing techniques, staining and differentiation of cells, antimicrobial activities nad cell DNA extraction.
