📖 Sinopsis Kursus / Course Synopsis ▼
"Kursus adalah berkaitan perundangan import/eksport produk makanan dan biofarmaseutikal terutama yang dihasilkan melalui proses teknologi bioproses. Pelajar juga didedahkan dengan pelbagai sistem pengurusan kualiti (Quality management system, QMS) termasuk pengurusan kualiti menyeluruh (total quality management, TQM), ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14000 dan Halal. Kawalan proses berstatistik untuk menginterpretasi data kawalan kualiti akan diberi penekanan.
The course is related to legal import/export of food and biopharmaceutical products especially produced through the process of bioprocess technology. Students are exposed to the various quality management systems (Quality Management System, QMS), including a comprehensive quality management (total quality management, TQM), ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14000 and Halal. Statistical control process for interpretation of quality control data will be emphasized.
