Kursus ini akan membincangkan beberapa isu pelaburan asas, konsep dan kaedah menilai cadangan projek pelaburan dan isu-isu tentang keusahawanan. Antara tajuk yang dibincang ialah nilai masa wang, aliran wang terdiskaun, nilai kini bersih, kadar pulangan dalaman, risiko, dan masalah ketidakpatian.
This course discusses the fundamentals of investment, concepts and methods to evaluate the proposed investment projects and issues about entrepreneurship. Among the topics discussed is the time value of money, discounted cash flow, net present value, internal rate of return, risk, and uncertainty problem.
