Kursus ini adalah berkaitan dengan teknik spektroskopi molekul untuk menjelaskan struktur molekul. Prinsip, instrumentasi, teknik dan penerapan resonan magnetik nuklear, spektroskopi inframerah dan UV-Vis dan spektrometri jisim akan dibincangkan dari segi penentuan struktur molekul.
This course deals with molecular spectroscopic techniques to elucidate molecular structures. Principles, instrumentations, techniques and application of nuclear magnetic resonance, UV- UV-Vis and infrared spectroscopies and mass spectrometry will be discussed in terms of molecular structural determinations.
