Kursus ini memperkenalkan prinsip asas dan teori teknik pemisahan yang
merangkumi penyediaan sampel, kromatografi gas, kromatografi cecair, dan
elektroforesis. Eksperimen yang dijalankan melibatkan proses pengekstrakan,
penyediaan sampel, serta penentuan analit menggunakan teknik kromatografi
gas dan kromatografi cecair.
This course introduces the fundamental principles and
theories of separation techniques, encompassing sample
preparation, gas chromatography, liquid chromatography,
and electrophoresis. Laboratory activities involve
extraction processes, sample preparation, and the
determination of analytes using gas and liquid
chromatography techniques.
