Kursus ini melihat agama sebagai satu fenomena yang dikaji dalam bidang Antropologi dan Sosiologi. Ia memfokuskan kepada hubungan sosial dalam agama yang dizahirkan menerusi kegiatan kehidupan seharian. Pelajar akan didedahkan kepada definisi agama, kepentingan upacara dan institusi. Sumbangan agama dalam membentuk perilaku individu akan dilihat melalui peranan dalam proses sosialisasi.
This course looks at religion as a phenomenon in the field of Anthropology and Sociology. It focuses on social relations which are manifested through various daily activities. Students will be exposed to the definition of religion, rituals, and institutions. Contribution of religion will be examined through the process of socialization.
