Kursus sosiologi persahabatan memberikan penumpuan terhadap isu-isu persahabatan dalam masyarakat menerusi lensa sosiologikal. Isu-isu persahabatan tersebut merangkumi struktur sosial dan pembentukan persahabatan, tipologi persahabatan, intimasi, jenis perhubungan, gender dan identiti sosial, persahabatan digital serta persahabatan bagi peringkat usia kanak-kanak, remaja, belia, dewasa dan warga emas.
The sociology of friendship course focuses on friendship issues in society through a sociological lens. These friendship issues encompass social structure and the formation of friendships, friendship typologies, intimacy, types of relationships, gender and social identity, digital friendships, as well as friendships across different age groups: children, teenagers, youth, adults, and the elderly.
