Kursus ini membincangkan kaedah perancangan, pelaksanaan dan penilaian projek pembangunan awam dan swasta. Ia meliputi pembahagian stuktur kerja untuk perancangan projek, penjadualan kerja projek, pemantauan dan penilaian projek serta pengurusan pasukan projek.
Social and environment Impact Assessment are a process of identifying, predicting, evaluating, giving meaning and conveying as well as information on the impact of a policy, plan, program, project or planned operation on the community and the environment. This assessment process also proposes mitigation measures to avoid negative social and environmental impacts by recommending appropriate measures to enhance beneficial impacts.
