This course introduces students to the practicum of medical surgical nursing for DGN 226 and DGN 232 theory courses. It includes knowledge and skills in nursing care of patients with gastroenterology, nephro-urology, endocrinology, and mental health disorders. This course will be taught via student-centered teaching and learning approaches: small group discussion, e-learning, and practicum. Students will be evaluated through presentations, assignments, and practical tests.
