This course explains theory and application of organisational behaviour knowledge in the multi-ethnic community in Malaysia. Students will be introduced to the diversity of organisational behaviour that influences professional interaction among various ethnics at individual and group levels. Organisational behaviour issues will be analysed in planning strategies for improving professionalism and levels of service effectiveness in an organisation. This course will be taught via lectures, tutorials and e-learning. Students will be assessed through essay, presentation, reports and final examination.
