This course will introduce the student to the concept of precision medicine and the role of pharmacists in related clinical practice and research. The main focus will be given to the pharmacogenomics aspect and variability in drug response. Emphasis will also be given to other areas such as pharmacometabolomics, epigenetics, pharmacometrics, and others that are also related to precision medicine.
