This course introduces students to project management and safety leadership. Students will learn how to define the desired state in a project, set up a successful team, and engage in discretionary efforts that drive safety value. They will also learn about the lifecycle of project management and the role of OSH practitioners throughout the process. The course includes hands-on document and procedure development, and students will be assessed via quizzes, tests, assignments, projects, and presentations.
