This course aims to train Architecture students to better appreciate the value of aesthetics through an understanding of the basic elements and principles of design in the production of architectural design concepts. The course also aims to understand the basic aspects of building technology, structures, and building services that are in line with the natural context of the environment. Design and present a two-storey single to multi-function building based on the site information, conceptual idea, building form, spatial organization, structure integration, and passive design approaches with consideration of surrounding environmental elements.
