Kursus ini memperluaskan lagi konsep fungsi dan had dengan dua pemboleh ubah. Fungsi linear, polinomial, logaritma, eksponen dan trigonometri turut dibincangkan. Fokus bagi kursus ini adalah untuk memahami konsep dan cara penyelesaian aplikasi mudah dalam persamaan pembezaan separa dan pengamiran ganda dua serta pengamiran ganda tiga. Pelajar akan diperkenalkan kepada persamaan pembezaan separa dan persamaan pembezaan peringkat kedua. Siri tak terhingga, Taylor, Maclaurin dan siri Fourier akan diajar supaya pelajar dapat mengenal pasti teori dan sifat-sifat bagi fungsi yang boleh disimpulkan dalam bentuk siri.
This course expands the concepts of functions and limits to two variables. Linear, polynomial, logarithmic, exponential and trigonometry functions will be discussed. The focus will be on the understanding and solving partial derivatives of differentiation and solving double and triple integration with simple applications. Students are then introduced to differential equations focusing on separable differential equation and second-order linear equations. Infinite, Taylor, Maclaurin and Fourier series are taught with a view to examine the theory and properties of certain functions that can be represented as sums of series.
