THIS PRACTICAL COURSE IS DESIGNED TO STRENGTHEN THE STUDENT�S UNDERSTANDING OF THE PRINCIPLES OF ORGANIC SYNTHESIS AND REACTION MECHANISMS. IT INCLUDES EXPERIMENTS WHICH ILLUSTRATE THE APPLICATION OF SELECTED ORGANIC REACTIONS IN THE PREPARATION OF ORGANIC COMPOUNDS AND SEVERAL METHODS FOR THE STUDY OF ORGANIC REACTION MECHANISMS.
