This course introduces students to advanced immunological concepts, including the activation and regulation of lymphocytes and the role of immunological mechanisms in diseases and disorders such as autoimmune disease, immunodeficiency, HIV infection, transplantation, tumors, and pregnancy. Immunological methods, including immunoprecipitation and agglutination reactions, ELISA, flow cytometry, and polyclonal antibody production, will also be covered. The course will be delivered through a combination of lectures, practicals, and group discussions. Students will be evaluated through tests, OSPE, group discussions, and a final examination.
