ADE633 aims to enhance students' knowledge about economic integration in ASEAN. Students learn about the formulation of ASEAN Community, based on the application of international trade and finance theories.
It equips students with the knowledge about the global uncertainties and challenges on the ASEAN regional economic development. This includes the issue on financial management, trade competitiveness and economic strategies across ten member countries in ASEAN to achieve sustainable growth. It uses macroeconomic and quantitative analyses extensively to make strategic decisions based on optimization of different but scarce resources among ASEAN members.
